UM YEAH. A few nights ago I was up past four. I need to get this under control, seriously. I usually just get up, go in the living room, and read or watch TV until I finally conk out. Sometimes when I know I have to get up the next day I'll take some OTC sleep aids, but for the most part, I just suffer with it.
I need to remember next time to just put one of D's Doctor Who tapes on, because, man, that shit is like Ambien.
