so the gym was super fun this morning

The past two nights I didn't really have trouble getting to sleep, but after three or four hours I woke up and was just flat wide awake.

I'm getting to bed at a decent hour. Decent for me. Asleep by 11 is good. D says if I'm up too much longer than that I get a second wind anyway, so.

But I don't know what's better/worse. Staying up until 3 and then sleeping for six solid hours, or going to sleep at 11, waking up at 2 and lying there awake for two hours, then getting an additional three hours sleep. Honestly, that can't be good for me.

I haven't really had a decent night's sleep since Thursday. Maybe tonight will be better.
