The house is now officially on the market. We got an email from our agent showing the listing, and it looks good. She got some good pictures.
Let's hope it doesn't take too long to sell.
It's weird, though. Seeing it empty. The new carpet looks nice, and the painter did as good a job as could be expected (we had him paint over wallpaper because it was just going to be too much a pain to pull it down, plus $$$).
We've been calling the apartment bizarro!home. D's been so happy with this area (we can walk to Publix!), but the other night, someone moved in upstairs. At one in the morning. We said, "If we ever worried we'd get too comfortable here, there was a great reminder about the suckage of apartment living."
He wanted to be on the top floor, but what was available was on the second. The noise generally isn't too bad. But geez, who moves in at one in the morning?
More chores to do today. Will we ever get to swim????????
